การจัดส่ง
เราจะ จัดส่งสินค้าของท่านภายใน 24 ชม. หลังจากได้รับเงิน ทางเราจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งหมด โดย ไปรษณีย์ไทย แบบธรรมดาลงทะเบียน และแบบ EMS ท่านสามารถติดตามสถานะของสินค้าได้ที่เว็บ www.thailandpost.com โดยทางเราจะแจ้งเลขสินค้าให้ทราบนะครับ
การคืนสินค้า
สินค้าที่ยังไม่ได้เปิด - สามารถคืนเพื่อรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนได้ ภายใน 30 วันจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า ลูกค้าเป็นคนรับผิดชอบในส่วนของค่าส่งสินค้าคืน
สินค้าที่้เปิดแล้ว - ขออภัยสำหรับสินค้าที่เปิดแล้ว ทางร้านไม่สามารถรับคืนสินค้าได้
สินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย - ถ้าท่านได้รับสินค้าที่ชำรุดเสียหาย โปรด ติดต่อเรา ทันที สินค้าที่ชำรุดเสียหายต้องส่งคืนกลับมา ถ้่าสินค้าชำรุดจากทางผู้ผลิตจริง ทางเราจะส่งสินค้าไปให้ท่านอีกครั้ง
สินค้าสูญหาย รับประกัน 7 วัน - ถ้าท่านไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน โปรด ติดต่อเรา ทันที ทางเราจะตรวจสอบสถานะสินค้าของท่านกับทางบริษัทส่งของ และถ้าสูญหายทางเราจะส่งสินค้าใหม่ไปให้ท่านทันที
สินค้าไม่สามารถส่งได้ - สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถส่งได้ และถูกส่งกลับมาที่ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าของเรา ทางเราจะติดต่อท่านทันที
Shipping Policy
We always endeavor to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after we received the payment. Generally, we will take about 24 hours to ship your order. We will ship all order by Thailand Post. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 days for Metropolitan areas and 2-4 days for Non-metropolitan areas. You can check the shipping status at www.thailandpost.com
Return Policy
Unopened items - can be returned for a full refund if they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. You must pay for the returned shipping and handling charges.
Opened items - Sorry, opened items can not be returned.
damaged or defective item - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately to Contact us Damaged/defective items must be returned to us. We will replace the item and send the replace item to you after we receive the returned product.
Lost orders (7 days shipping guaranteed) - You can directly contact us at Contact us Form This is in case that the parcel may have been lost in transit ( or takes longer than 7 days since you place order ). We can track your order with registration number. Lost orders will be reshipped only once.
Undeliverable shipment- Usually the parcel will be shipped back to our office if it cannot be delivered. We will contact you via provided email and resend the parcel only once without any charge.
